Your information,
treated with care.
Last updated: October 11, 2026. This network is operated for enquiry handling by the MITEY team. Contact hello@mitey.ca with questions about your information.
What an enquiry includes
The form asks for your name, email, optional phone and organisation, country, province or state, and a general message. It also includes the originating speciality, page, referring page, campaign parameters when present, and the time and version of your consent.
How it is used
The details are used to respond to your enquiry and keep a record of the conversation. When configured, an internal notification is sent to hello@mitey.ca through Resend and your enquiry is added to the MITEY customer management account through GoHighLevel. Hosting and delivery services may process data in Canada, the United States, or other locations where they operate.
Keep sensitive documents out of the form
Please do not submit medical histories, identification numbers, payment details, policy documents, or other sensitive records. An appropriately licensed provider can arrange a suitable process if those details are later required.
Your choices
Submitting an enquiry permits a response about that enquiry. It does not enrol you in unrelated email or SMS marketing. Ask hello@mitey.ca to access, correct, or delete enquiry information, subject to any applicable record-keeping requirements.
Checklists and cookies
Checklist ticks and comparison worksheet entries are temporary and reset when you reload the page. Comparison entries are not sent to the enquiry service or stored in browser storage. If you download or print a worksheet, you control the resulting file or paper copy. This build adds no advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Hosting services may use necessary security or authentication cookies. Basic request data may be processed to prevent abuse and operate the site.
Insurance information
The pages are educational starting points. They are not an offer, a recommendation for a particular policy, or a promise of cover. Availability, eligibility, licensing, and terms must be confirmed with the relevant provider for your location.
